This course will run for 1 day per week over 4 weeks and will help participants understand mental health and wellbeing.   Participants will gain an understanding of stress, anxiety, and panic attacks and the impact of these on mental and physical health.

Sessions will look at identifying stresses and anxieties and how the body responds to these including the physical and behavioural changes that happen when we are exposed to stress.  This will include the impact of life choices such as diet in coping with stress and anxiety.
