As an independent charity working on behalf of Glasgow City Council, we deliver a wide range of free employment and skills services across the city. 

Every year, we support thousands of people on their journey towards work, helping hundreds secure lasting job opportunities.

Our services are based in the heart of local communities, making it easier for people to access the support they need, when they need it. Through our presence in Glasgow Life venues and other community locations, we work alongside a range of support and information partner organisations to provide joined-up support under one roof.

We know that finding work is often linked to other challenges. That's why our approach goes beyond employment support alone. We help people access advice and services that can improve their financial, physical, and mental wellbeing, creating better outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
