These opportunities help employers connect with job-ready candidates who will have received pre-employment support and preparation. This lets you see their skills in action within a real work setting.

Through the Glasgow Futures initiative, we can support you to invest in the city's future and recruit new talent.

The scheme offers an Employer Recruitment Incentive (ERI) which includes financial support of up to £8,000, further funding for training opportunities, business support via a business adviser and access to a pool of talent who have had the necessary support to help them prepare for their first role or the chance to get back into work.

Our advisers will instruct how the Glasgow Futures Scheme will benefit your business, and will then assist you with the process of getting registered.

Once registered, your business will be issued with a user name and password for your employer portal on the Glasgow Futures website where you will be able to post and manage your vacancies.
