Jobs & Business Glasgow is responsible for promoting a full range of services to clients and business support across Glasgow.

 We are looking to recruit an Administration & Compliance Officer.

 The host employer is Parent Network Scotland (PNS)The post will be based in – FI 2 Waterloo Chambers, 19 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6AY

Successful applicants will require a PVG.

Parent Network Scotland is a charity supporting parents and guardians to gain skills, tools, and confidence to raise thriving children, including those who are struggling, to overcome barriers to realise their potential. Our strengths lie in the trust and relationships we forge, our developmental approach and in harnessing the transformational benefit of education through peer-to-peer support.  

Parent Network Scotland is seeking a warm, organized and proactive Administration and Compliance Officer to support the smooth running of the organisation.

Duties:

. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the main inbox, phone and general enquiries
  • Supporting diary coordination, meetings and internal communications
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
  • Supporting programme administration, including consent, attendance, feedback and expenses
  • Assisting with newsletters, website and social media updates
  • Coordinating office supplies, events and training logistics
  • Working closely with facilitators to ensure GDPR and compliance requirements are met

. Key responsibilities include:

Desirable Requirements:

You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, confidence using Microsoft Office, and a good understanding of data compliance. You’ll bring a friendly, professional approach and enjoy supporting parents and families in a value-led organisation.

Experience with databases, social media or delivery teams is desirable but not essential. A Knowledge of Canva will be advantageous.
