Amusement Arcade Attendant

Glasgow City Centre. previous experience essential, opened 24hrs so shifts would be mostly evenings and nights

30 + hours per week, 

£13 per hour

Duties:

As an amusement arcade attendant, you will be at the heart of the arcade operations, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless experience for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor the arcade floor, ask for proof of age if a person looks under 21.
• Provide refreshments for playing customers.
• Keeping machines and arcade clean.
• Give out change, and handle cash transactions accurately keeping up to date records.
• Enforce arcade polices and ensure the safety of customers.
• Report online any incidents, or customer concerns that relate to the Licencing Objectives set out by the Gambling Act 2005.
• Full training will be given on all Licencing Objectives, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience 
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, 
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
