Befriender

Duties:

Accompany service users on short social journeys to cinema, shops, church etc. providing Companionship

Assisting with meal provision, and ensuring all dietary requirements are maintained.

Provide a domestic and shopping service to service users.

Record in the relevant documentation the care that has been delivered contemporaneously. Provide information to enable the effectiveness of care to be evaluated and records maintained.
