Café/Bar Assistant

Essential Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, 

• Previous experience of cash and card handling, 

• Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and efficiency during periods of intensity, 

• Proven ability to work with a wide variety of customers, 

• A friendly, hardworking and flexible approach to customer service and all aspects of bar work, 

• Presentable, honest, reliable and professional with an approachable manner, 

• High attention to detail, 

• Can work evenings and weekends, 

• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team, 

• High standards of hygiene and the ability to maintain a clean and organised working area, 

• Aged 18 or over at the time of this recruitment, 

• Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations, UK Data Protection Legislation, 

• Experience of using a range of EPOS systems,

• Knowledge of bar-based Health & Safety legislation,
