Cleaning Operative (2)

Duties:

Jobs will include the following tasks to be performed daily, 

• Removal of any protection – floor protection, kitchen protection or bathroom protection, 

• Using detergent, cloths and scrapers to remove paint, silicone and general building dust from bathrooms, sanitary ware and tiling, leaving a spotless polished finish on each clean. All chrome to be buffed to a shine, 

• Remove paint safely from sockets and switches and damp wipe, 

• Vacuum skirting boards and flooring on each staged clean to leave behind no dust, screws or plaster on the floors & vacuum window channels, 

• Wash & dry kitchen cupboards inside and out leaving a polished finish on each clean including sinks, taps, stainless steel appliances & splash-backs, 

• Damp wipe all woodwork and handrails, 

• Leave the house in a state whereby a new owner would be happy with the finished property

The work is on newly built properties, so there is no grease to remove etc. The primary aim is to remove dust, general dirt, paint splashes and silicone sealant

Being able to work in a house on your own or as part of a squad is essential and a willingness to learn our methods of working

Desirable Requirements:

Full and part time work available but must be able to work any of the days between 08:00 and 16:00 on your working

days.

Qualifications Required: You’ll work towards gaining a CSCS card and understand basic health and safety on site

Additional Information:

Part time – ideally any day Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday but would also look at full time position if of interest, 

Van and equipment supplied including a fuel card so there is no cost for you to get to and from work each day,
