Customer Assistant

Duties:

Always delivering excellent customer service, Stock rotation and replenishment, taking goods from back stock room and filling shelves with them, Helping customers with any enquiries in a polite and friendly manner, Cash handling and card transactions, Promoting any special offers to customers, Visual merchandising, Keeping store area clean and tidy, general housekeeping duties, Working as part of a busy team, Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures within the workplace.

Essential Requirements:

Eager to pursue a career within the retail sector,  Strong communication skills, An understanding of good customer service, Polite and friendly manner, with the ability to engage with colleagues and customers alike, Reliable and trustworthy, Good understanding of English language, able to follow instructions, Able to produce RTW in the UK documents, Good personal presentation.

Desirable Requirements:

Retail Customers Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Additional Information:

Rate of Pay £8.00 - £12.71 an hour (depend upon age)

This is 8 - 16 hours a week temporary 16-week contract, there may be potential for a permanent role later.
