Industrial Cleaner / Cleaning Technician

Role Overview

You will be working as part of a team ("squad") delivering a wide range of specialist cleaning services across various environments. This role involves both routine and high-level cleaning tasks, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-level cleaning and specialist cleaning tasks

Deliver both hard and soft cleaning services

Work effectively as part of a team of technicians

Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

Working Hours & Flexibility

Must be flexible to work varied shift patterns, including:

Day shift

Back shift

Night shift

Shifts will vary and all shift types are required to be undertaken

Working away from home (overnight stays) will be required

Opportunity to earn regular overtime

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence with minimum 2 years driving experience

Willingness to work back shifts and night shifts (with notice)

Ability to work in environments involving children and vulnerable adults

PVG check must be successful (clean record required)

Must pass random drug and alcohol testing as part of employment
