All Scottish public authorities (including Jobs and Business Glasgow) must produce and maintain a Publication Scheme under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – that is to publish details of the information that we make available and how the public can access this information.
Jobs and Business Glasgow are under a legal obligation to:
- publish the classes of information that they make routinely available.
- tell the public how to access the information and what it might cost.
