Duties: Purpose of the Role: - To work collaboratively with residents and colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centered care that respects dignity, promotes independence, and enhances wellbeing. The role includes supporting personal care needs, social and emotional wellbeing, and encouraging meaningful daily activity, in accordance with the SSSC Codes of Practice, Health and Social Care Standards, and current legislation and guidance from the Care Inspectorate. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn on the job and work towards gaining experience within the following: - Person-Centered Care and Support: - Delivering care promotes dignity, choice, and respect. Act as a keyworker, contributing to personal outcomes planning and regular review of individual support plans. Promote and support independent living skills wherever possible. Assist residents with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, dressing, continence care, and nutrition, according to individual preferences and care plans. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Always adhere to infection prevention and control procedures. Follow manual handling procedures safely and appropriately. Activities and Social Inclusion Encourage and support residents to take part in meaningful activities within the home and community. Accompany residents on outings and to appointments as required. Record-Keeping and Care Planning Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date records, including daily notes, risk assessments, and support plans.

Duties: Assemble and recondition lighting fixtures according to company specifications and remanufacturing procedures. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet company and regulatory standards. Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the workshop and production area. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and workstations. Support logistics and inventory management by keeping track of parts and materials.

Duties: You’ll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team in a role that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference. We’re looking for committed and caring individuals who have great communication skills.This role will also involve preparing and administering medication, preparing meals of choice from scratch, attending health care appointments, shopping, providing personal care and helping with finance management and general domestic tasks.It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of support work, although this is not essential, as full training will be provided.

A full UK driving licences would also be advantageous but is not essential.

Duties: Responsible for dealing with trade and retail customers regarding all parts and accessories enquiries, Identifying parts required for vehicles, ordering parts, communicating with the workshop staff, providing a quick and accurate service to our customers, keen to learn, with a can-do attitude,the ability to work independently, but also as part of a team, A great communicator, friendly, clear and concise, enjoy working with customers, happy using computers, although training will be provided on all the systems you require.
