Duties: Sourcing Candidates, attracting suitable candidates to the company using a range of media and most importantly the telephone, Advertising vacancies, using Indeed, LinkedIn, mailing lists, and social media and reviewing applicants for suitability, Interviewing candidates, to find the top talent in the healthcare sector from nurses, to care assistants and support workers, Managing applications, from the start to the end of the process, checking in and supporting your candidates on-boarding journey, Answering incoming calls, from potential candidates or existing candidates and supporting them as needed, 

Duties: Maintain sales within key accounts by building relationships with Home Manager’s and any relevant parties responsible for agency staffing provisions. Manage any candidate cancellations ensuring that every effort is made to achieve recovery, updating the client throughout the process. Identify new sales opportunities with current or prospective clients and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Support clients through any challenges and developing account plans to support and improve the service. Report immediately to the Call Centre Manager/Head of Operations, any significant changes in shift requirements relating to their client list. (i.e. using other agencies, training requirements, change of ownership, potential new clients). Manage shift fulfilment and wherever necessary the assignment of staff through the platform. Conduct check-in calls with Care Service Providers and Healthcare Professionals as per agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) set out by the Call Centre Manager. Manage compliance forms for all external vendor sites, ensuring staff are proposed to any vacancies in a timely manner. Build effective relationships with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a high level of professionalism at all times. Identify and pursue any opportunities to increase overall sales potential within the set geographical area. Respond to emails. Upkeep of reporting information. Work with other Account Managers to provide any necessary support and to maximise opportunities for cover across the UK. Communicate any changes within their region to the Call Centre Manager on a weekly basis. Co-ordinate block booking of flexible workforces where necessary. Liaise with current clients weekly, ensuring all flexible staffing requirements are met. Gain feedback from clients regarding candidate performance and input ratings on the platform to support any feedback received. Take action to address any risk to minimum staffing levels in accordance with agreed protocols. Any other duties as advised by your Line Manager.

Duties: Perform tyre installations, rotations, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.Conduct thorough inspections of tyres to assess wear and damage.Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the completion of tasks.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment.Engage in heavy lifting as required during tyre handling and installation processes

Duties: Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, hoovering, dusting, and sanitising surfaces in designated areas including offices, meeting rooms, toilets and common areas, Empty and clean waste bins and dispose of rubbish in a hygienic manner, Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained, Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly, Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor for resolution, Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others,

Duties: Assemble and recondition lighting fixtures according to company specifications and remanufacturing procedures. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet company and regulatory standards. Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the workshop and production area. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and workstations. Support logistics and inventory management by keeping track of parts and materials.
