Accounts Receivable Service are responsible for overall billing for the organisation, Blue Badge applications, Permit administration, payments of clothing grants, free school meals and education maintenance allowance. Working with systems such as Northgate, SAP, Pulse, EDRMS and Microsoft packages.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to support a variety of processes however, they will predominately deal with the administration of permits (wedding photography and venue hire) and Blue Badge processing. Full training on the process and systems will be provided. Once fully trained an element of home working will be introduced.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, an organised approach, can deal with assigned tasks and have experience within the following: -

• Demonstrating a track record in a previous office environment.
