The pandemic hit the employment market hard, and as a result, many lost their jobs or were placed on temporary or low hour contracts. In response to this, we have created ‘Transitional Employment Opportunities’.

These 26 week paid employment programmes provide opportunity to start in a role where you’ve got no previous experience. In the 26 weeks you will receive full training and gain valuable work experience, whilst receiving a wage.

Following on, you may be invited to stay in the role or if this is not possible, we will assist you to source further employment. Either way, our goal is to support you to your desired end result.
